Welcome to Truelist! Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our subscription plans. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Plans

Truelist offers three subscription plans:

  1. Free Plan
  2. Growth Plan
  3. Pro Plan

Billing Periods

Subscriptions for the Growth and Pro plans are available in two billing periods:

  • Monthly
  • Yearly

Subscription Fees

Free Plan

The Free Plan is available at no cost. It provides limited access to Truelist’s features and services.

Growth and Pro Plans

The Growth and Pro plans are paid subscriptions. The applicable fees for these plans will be billed at the beginning of each billing period, either monthly or yearly, depending on your chosen plan.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription to the Growth or Pro plan at any time. To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions on your account settings page or contact our support team.

Effective Date of Cancellation

Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. When you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that period, your subscription will be terminated, and you will not be billed for subsequent periods. Your plan will transition to the Free Plan.

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to both monthly and yearly billing periods. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused services.

Changes to Subscription Terms

Truelist reserves the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. We will notify you of significant changes to these terms via email or through our service.
